Cancellations
Payments
We accept all forms of payment - whichever is easiest for you.
All payments, with the exception of your 1st lesson, are to be paid in full 1 week in advance of the lesson start time.
If we don't receive your payment before this deadline or an explanation from yourself as to why, we will assume the lesson as cancelled and you could lose your slot.
We always try to accommodate all cancellation requests but we reserve the right to charge in full for any cancellation made within 48 hours of the lesson start time.
Terms and Conditions
By booking a lesson with us we assume you agree with the following:
Refunds
Refunds are available on all single purchase lessons providing proper notice has been given in line with our cancellation policy.
Lessons purchased as part of a 5 lesson block are non-refundable.
All 5 lesson blocks must be used in full within 7 weeks of purchasing.
The 20% recommendation discount will be applied to your next purchase following the successful completion of the recommended lesson.
The 20% will be applied to the value of 1 purchased lesson, either 2 or 1.5 hours, and can be applied to a lesson purchased as part of a block but not to the block itself.
