Cancellations

Payments

All lesson payments, with the exception of your 1st lesson, must be paid, in full, 1 week in advance of the lesson start time.

Any exceptions to this deadline must be agreed either verbally or in writing with your instructor. If this deadline is missed and no exception agreed the lesson slot will be forfeited.

We cannot guarantee lesson availability for any student taking a break of more than two weeks between lessons; this includes after a failed driving test attempt.

At least 48 hours notice must be given to cancel or rearrange any lesson. Any late cancellations will be charged at the full lesson rate.

By booking a lesson with us you agree to the following:

Refunds

Any lessons purchased individually are refundable providing the refund request is made at least 48 hours before the lesson start time.

All block purchases are non-refundable.

All purchased lessons must be redeemed within 3 months of the purchase date.

The 20% recommendation discount can only be applied to the value of 1 purchased lesson and cannot be applied to a block booking.

Recommendations

Using our car for driving tests

We reserve the right to refuse the use of our vehicle to anyone we do not believe meets the required standard.

We cannot guarantee the use of our car for any test booked without prior consultation or our consent.
